Hey Dark here again.
Here's a picture of an Enclave Officer (yes, even the officers are armored) talking to the President known as John Henry Eden over an eye-communicator(?). The President was less than pleased to hear the Lieutenant's voice, and the fact he addressed Eden directly. The reason he has his fist clenched and what not, is part of a mod that made the animations in-game waaay better. That and I thought it looked awesome. Even the player does when he or she wars powered armor types.
But yes, all Enclave officers I was able to edit wear Enclave Tesla armor (except that guy in the picture), and some may also wear Science uniforms as well-primarily the females, though a few males got in the mix too thanks to random generators of the game. But that's fine with me; its still immersive in my eyes.
